TERMS
| SCHEDULING Please contact Kevin Edge Photography at 626.298.5973 or kevin@kephoto.com, no less than 24 hours before requested shoot time. Locations outside the Pasadena Foothills Area may be billed for travel expenses and subject to minimum order requirements. PAYMENT Payment is due at the time of shoot. Cash, Check, Credit Card or PayPal accepted. SHOOT The Agent or Representative of the Agent must be present at the shoot to give access to the home and to discuss any special considerations such as what should be included or excluded in shots. Unless specified, the standard shoot will include the front and back exterior and the major rooms such as living room, dining room, family room, kitchen, master bedroom, master bath and bedrooms. Multiple angles of the same room or area may be considered in the count of finished photos. Powder rooms, small bathrooms, utility rooms or garages are not a shooting priority unless you give direction otherwise. All properties will be shot AS IS. If the property is not properly cleaned or staged, the Photographer will make a reasonable effort to create the most aesthetically pleasing and uncluttered photographs possible. PROCESSING Photographer will have sole discretion to select the images for finishing and delivery. Photos will be processed to enhance color, contrast and quality of the image. Digital photo manipulation (i.e. photoshopping) of permenant, physical or distinctive features of or around the property are not permited. DELIVERY Images will be delivered electronically to the Agent by 10am the following business day, unless otherwise specified. Finished photos will be delivered as full-resolution JPEGs and as scaled and optimized JPEGs for the MLS. CANCELLATION If cancellation or rescheduling is necessary, please give 24 hours notice. Appointments not canceled 24 hours prior to scheduled shoot will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. If events beyond the Homeowners, the Agents or Photographers control, disrupt, delay or cancel the shoot, the affected shoot may be rescheduled without penalty. RIGHTS & USAGE All images are copyrighted to Kevin Edge Photography. Images produced for an agent or broker (referred to as Agent) may be used by the Agent and Agents Parent Company, in accordance with local MLS rules, exclusively for the marketing of the active listing property. Any usage of the images beyond these purposes by the Agent, Agents Parent Company, Homeowner or any third party is strictly prohibited unless approved in writing by the Photographer. |
