Before the event
Share the venue, date, run of show, key people, sponsor priorities, and must-have photographs. We discuss access restrictions, photography permissions, and any group portraits that need dedicated time or lighting.
During the event
I follow the agreed priorities while watching for reactions, connections, and quieter moments. If headshots are also needed, we can plan a separate setup and schedule around the program.
After the event
The usual delivery target is within seven days, with timing agreed for your assignment. Tell me about press or social deadlines before booking so we can discuss whether an earlier selection is possible. Finished photographs are supplied in full-resolution and web-ready versions, with usage agreed in advance.

What should an inquiry include?
Send your date, venue, approximate hours of coverage, guest count, program, and intended image uses. An early outline is enough to begin.
Can the photographs support future marketing?
Yes. Let’s identify the story and the people you want to show, then plan a mix of stage coverage, interactions, details, and wider views. Any restrictions on public use should be discussed beforehand.
Can we combine events with portraits?
Where the schedule allows, we can scope team headshots and executive portraits alongside the event. A dedicated portrait setup needs its own time and space.
