Design-Focused Property Photography for

Listings That Deserve More

Not every listing is just another house—and not every photographer treats it that way. I offer elevated property photography for agents who know the value of clean composition, natural light, and a sense of space. This is for listings that stand out—and for agents who want their marketing to do the same.

What I Offer

  • Thoughtful compositions and editorial polish

  • Detail shots that highlight craftsmanship and materials

  • Lifestyle touches when appropriate (a well-placed chair, a cozy coffee setup)

Ideal Clients

This service is designed for:

  • Boutique or architecturally unique properties

  • Homes with design value, not just square footage

  • Agents and stagers with a clear marketing standard

  • Vacation homes and short-term rentals with visual personality

The best listing photos don’t stop working once the home is sold. They become part of your brand—used in future pitches, social posts, and marketing materials that show clients what you stand for.

FAQ

  • Most shoots take about 4 hours on site. I work carefully with natural daylight to highlight the design and feel of the space.

If you’re interested in twilight or sunrise shots, I’m happy to add those—they’re billed separately due to the additional planning and timing required.

  • Photos are delivered within 3 business days of the shoot—often sooner.

If you’re on a tight turnaround, just let me know and I’ll do my best to accommodate.

  • I’m based in Portsmouth and regularly shoot throughout the Seacoast, Southern Maine, and the North Shore of Massachusetts—typically within about an hour’s drive. That means quick turnarounds, easy scheduling, and a local’s eye for what makes each home unique.

  • Not necessarily. I’m comfortable working solo if you’d rather use the time elsewhere—as long as the space is ready to go and I have access. That said, you’re always welcome to be on-site if you’d like to walk through any priorities or design details beforehand.

  • Yes, absolutely. The full coverage provided by a traditional real estate photographer can be essential for listing a home effectively. My work can either stand on it’s own, or supplement your regular photographer.

Just don’t book us for the same time!

  • I don’t operate a drone myself—intentionally. My focus stays on ground-based photography, where lighting, staging, and angles make the biggest impact. That said, I work with a handful of excellent local drone operators and can coordinate aerials as an add-on. It’s billed separately, but I’ll handle the logistics and make sure the visuals match the quality and tone of your gallery.

  • Yes—if you need an updated business portrait, I offer simple, natural on-site headshots and professional portraits. Perfect for your website, listing presentations, or LinkedIn. Just let me know when booking, and I’ll work it in as an add-on.

  • I don’t bring furniture or props, but I do make adjustments to help each room photograph well—straightening chairs, hiding cords, adjusting lighting. I can also share prep tips ahead of time or recommend a local stager so the space is shoot-ready when I arrive.

I moved to Portsmouth in 2020 after more than a decade photographing architecture in Pasadena, CA—where I captured over 3,500 homes for top architects, builders, and real estate teams.

Then and now, my focus is on creating images that help builders elevate their brand and win more work.
